Olive Pomace Oil

Olive Pomace Oil is an oil derived from the processing of olive kernels and has been shown to be the most suitable oil for frying. In order for an oil to be classified as “pomace oil”, its acidity must not exceed 1%.
It is also considered ideal for recipes that require a high cooking temperature, because it can withstand high temperatures.

Refined kernel oil has become from a nutritional and commercial point of view ‘equivalent’ to seed oils (sunflower oil, corn oil, cottonseed oil, etc.).
It is light and has a neutral taste and aroma, and comes from mixing refined kernel oil and Virgin Olive Oil. The taste does not change during cooking.

It should be noted that it is rich in monounsaturated fats and does not contain cholesterol.
